The staff here are very friendly and try very hard to process any concerns as quickly as possible. The value area is attractively designed and the little ones are also thought of with their own table and crayons and Lego building blocks.

Very friendly staff. They were able to answer all my questions. You have to bring a little time. There is a big crowd. Everything stays in the green zone.

Nice service. First of all, I was asked for an FFP2 mask, which I did not have. Security brought me a mask. I don't speak German, so I asked to speak in English. I was surprised because even though the lady modestly said that she spoke a little English, I got along with her very well. She explained to us that due to the localization of AOK (a terrible minus for them), she could not provide all the information directly to my friend (we were in his case). She personally called another branch trying to solve our problem even though it was not her responsibility. On a piece of paper she wrote down all the information we need to transfer to their branch.
